![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Keeping that in mind, I still graded CityDog Club WeHo as a 5 out of 5 because I can't think of a single reason that I could justify/explain a 4. So always include an 8 and a 9 no matter how good they are. They will just figure the person is a friend, whatever. I'm retired now, but when I did work for a VERY important University administrator, he gave me this advice when I became a supervisor: Never evaluate an employee as a 10 out of 10. This place is unprofessional and understaffed for daycare. It was surprising that the staff recommended sending our pup to the playpen instead of the individual suites because it was "better" but turned out to be a traumatic experience for our pup and us. We ended up withdrawing from the daycare with our pup *limping* on his right foot. The staff spent more than a minute trying to get our pup out of the platform bed as other dogs are constantly piling over. Some of these dogs are large, 30-40 lbs, even though they claimed that dogs are separated by sizes. There was no one in the playpen to monitor. Luckily, the playpen had transparent glass walls so I was able to observe and inform the staff immediately. Our puppy was *screaming in fear* and hide under one of the platform beds, refusing to come out. Our 6lbs puppy checked in to the playpen and was constantly getting barked and chased after by about 30 other dogs within a minute of boarding. ![]()
